I was amazed at how great our beach rental carpets looked after Erik came out to clean them! Over the years we have had numerous carpet cleaning companies try to get stains out but they never could eliminate them all. Erik got them all out and saved us from changing out the flooring. Tony and his crew really came to my rescue. My house in Santa Rosa Beach ended up having a leak under the sink. Having lived in South Walton for a while, I knew exactly who to call. Tony has cleaned my carpet and upholstery for many years now. I never thought I'd have to call him for a flood. It was 4 p.m. When I called. He and his partner Eric showed up in under an hour. By 6:30 p.m. They had removed all of the water and had blower is going to start the drying process. Santa Rosa Beach is lucky to have someone that will respond so quickly and professionally. Santa Rosa beach doesn't have many flood response services close by. I called a few and they were going to respond "in a day or two". My home had water and damage was going to get worse with each passing minute. A friend suggested Tony at south Walton restoration, I called and his guy showed up in less than an hour. Tony and his team were incredibly timely, professional, and fast. It was an amazing and healing experience in a time of crisis. They showed up in perfect time, worked their restoration magic, made everything wonderful again, and reassured me that it would all be OK (which is something we all need in a time of crisis). SWR’s responded very fast and saved my home from further damage when my washer  hose broke while I was home. I was able to get the water turned off relatively  fast. I had no idea the extent of the water until Tony came out and used a  camera that showed how far the water had soaked up the walls. The drying only  took a few days with everything dried in place.
